OTSYS was established in 2004 and is currently based in Stockport.

We take great pride in our work and we like to think we offer a trusted and reliable service to our clients.  We are hard working and have many years of experience in various sectors.

OTSYS was founded by Paul Owens.  After getting his Masters in Software Engineering, Paul joined Admiral computing as a developer (now Capgemini).  He then moved onto GenRad (now Teradyne) and finally ComTech (now Amscreen) before starting OTSYS.
